WHAT DO I GET WITH MY ROOF?
When we deliver your roof to site the only things you will need to complete the installation are fixings to fix the roof to the house wall, lead flashing and plaster to finish inside!
CAN I GET INSTALLATION TRAINING?
Yes, we offer guided installations but you can also visit our factory for more specific installation training!
DO YOUR U-VALUES MEETS REGS?
YES! All of our roofs meet the required 0.15 U-value and we can hit a U-Value of 0.12 with a few adjustments. We are happy to share our U-Value calculations, showing just how we do it!
DO YOU SUPPLY PLASTERBOARD?
Yes! Our roofs are supplied with 12.5mm foil backed plasterboard!
IS IT BUILDING CONTROL APPROVED?
The ThermaCore Warm Roof is fully compliant with building control regulations and pre-approved with your local building control. We are an LABC partner, so you can register your roofs directly through us, keeping the building control application process as simple as can be!
IS THE ROOF VENTILATED?
The ThermaCore Warm Roof is designed with a hybrid insulation system, which means ventilation is no longer required. Adding the SuperFOIL SF40 creates a thermal break, preventing any hot and cold transfer and subsequent condensation build up.
WHAT MAKES YOUR ROOF DIFFERENT?
The ThermaCore Warm Roof is a timber roof system designed with a hybrid insualtion system, with a built in thermal break meaning no condensation traps or build up! It has also been designed so that NO INSULATED PLASTERBOARD or excessive steels are needed.

The roof went together really well and we had it up and done in two days! The way the insulation is all pr-fitted saves so much time!
The roof was off and the new one on before 10:30am and it went together perfectly! We were really impressed!

Can I get Installation Training?
Yes, we offer guided installs! We also have a technical helpline, so anytime you have a question, we have an answer!
Do your U-Values meet the regs?
Yes, we meet building regs for U-values in England, Wales and Scotland and we are prepared for the next increase due in 2025!
Wat makes the ThermaCore Warm Roof different from other roof systems?
Firstly, it’s made from timber so is up to 800 times less conductive than aluminium meaning there is no hot and cold bridging and no condensation issues. It has also been designed so no insulated-plasterboard is needed to hit the all-important 0.15 U-Value, so our roofs can be finished with a 12.5mm Plasterboard!
Do you offer different tiles?
The ThermaCore Warm Roof comes as standard with Britmet shingles or liteslates. Ther Low Pitch Roof is finished with our Low pitch roof sheets, but can supply different tiles if required (including concrete tiles if the supporting structure is strong enough for the additional weight)
How do I survey for one of your roofs?
Just like traditional conservatory, we base everything on internal frame sizes. It is always best to provide the correct pitch as well, but we can help with that!
