Making building control approval simple and stress-free for your warm roof projects...
That’s why we have developed a simple, streamlined process that takes all the hassle away. Every Thermacore Warm Roof has been independently tested and certified by LABC. This includes thorough structural calculations, detailed thermal performance checks, condensation risk analysis, and full verification of the complete system - all carried out by independent experts. As a result, the Thermacore Warm Roof holds full System Approval, giving you complete confidence and making building control approval quick, easy, and stress-free from start to finish!
We have a dedicated in-house team with expert product knowledge who manage the full process, from application to approval.
We cover the entirety of England and Wales.
Yes. We provide pre-application advice to help avoid delays or unexpected costs at the quoting stage.
Applications must be submitted before any work starts on site. We require at least 5 days’ notice to register your application.
Unfortunately, if work has already started, we cannot fulfil the building control application.
Complete the application form in full and we will submit it directly to our partnered building control authority. They will then register the application with the local authority responsible for your site address. When you're ready for an inspection, simply contact your local authority to arrange a site visit. During the inspection, the local authority will verify that the roof installation matches the specifications and details provided as part of your application, confirming compliance with building regulations in coordination with our building control partners.
Certification will be issued once the site inspection has been completed and verified by our partnered building control authority. It will then be sent over to you!

Designed to emulate the aesthetic and functional qualities of traditional slate, Liteslate offers an authentic finish characterized by riven edges and traditional color options.
A Shingle tiled roof is crafted to offer an authentic shingle appearance, boasting the widest array of standard colours.
This design approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the roof but also contributes to its structural integrity, ensuring that it combines both form and function effectively.
